Camila Goodis
Camila acquired her love of fitness growing up on the vibrant beaches of Brazil. After working in Brazil for two years she moved to the United States to advance her career. First as a private personal trainer in Miami Beach, then as a Pilates Instructor in San Diego. For six years Camila has motivated her clients to reach their fitness potential through a variety of Pilates and core strength training exercises. Her genuine dedication to the fitness profession along with her loyalty to her clients creates an atmosphere of consistent success. Camila is continuing her education with Stott Pilates
at John Garey Pilates Studio.

Rod Kei
Kei has been mastering the Art of Kodokan Judo for the past three decades, receiving his black belt at the Seattle based Budokan Dojo.
Rod's talents enabled him to become one of the first Americans to win a Savate French Foot Fighting Championship in Paris, France.
Upon retirement from professional kickboxing, Rod was rated fourth in the World in the Muay Thai Kickboxing Association.
Mr. Kei's ultimate training program is in the Chinese formula of exercise, Hung Gar Fu Hok Pai. A classical fitness regimen that dates back for thousands of years. This program prepares the mind, muscles, sinew, and character.
Mr. Rod Kei is always looking for ways to enlighten and excite his clients. One of his new concepts is his development of a Fitness Club. He says, "I like to shock and awe my clients, by constantly looking for ways to bring a fresh look and way to exercise. Teaching them that working out can be fun and you just need to keep striving for your goals."

Nick offers an alternative method to getting in shape that's, as he puts it, "Funky, fine and fresh." Nick has been a Personal trainer for over 20 years, and he boxed professionally for 2 years.
Nick has sparred in the camps of Sugar Ray Leonard and Tommy Herns. Nick feels that Fitness must be a way of life and is the Ultimate Fountain of Youth.

As a Coast Guard Veteran, Ryan applies military style discipline to his training regimen.
