30 minutes targeting the core through cardio and strength training.


Roll and Stretch

30 minute class using the foam roller focusing on breaking up and stretching out sore or tight muscles.


Mat Pilates

A sequence of pilates based exercises to sculpt, strengthen and lengthen every muscle in your body.


Boxing

A 60 minute high energy aerobic workout based on the fundamentals of boxing skills.


Brazilian BootCamp

This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by combining strength training, plyometrics and core strength through circuit training. You'll burn the most amount of calories in the least amount of time. It's a guaranteed sweat!
